These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by the X-10 Nutritional Consultancy (“X-10”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or purchasing any programme, membership, or online content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these here “Terms”.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

§1. Introduction

X-10 Nutritional Consultancy provides evidence-based nutritional guidance, education, and lifestyle support delivered by qualified nutrition professionals. Note that our services do not:
- Constitute medical advice
- Diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
- Substitute advice from a GP, doctor, or healthcare professional

You should always seek medical advice before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescribed medications.

§2. Nature of the Service

All X-10 Nutrition Professionals are required to hold relevant academic qualifications, including degrees accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN), or equivalent recognised bodies.

These qualifications and accreditations are provided to The X-01 Group, our parent company, for scrutiny, prior to the onboarding of a nutritionist.

Nothing in these Terms implies endorsement, regulation, or certification of X-10 as an organisation by any professional body.

By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
- You disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns
- You understand that outcomes vary between individuals

You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for decisions made and actions taken based on the guidance provided.

§5. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over unless otherwise explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where continued engagement would be inappropriate, unsafe, our outside of our professional scope.

We further reserve the right to request communications from your GP or other medical professional when required to confirm that our services will be relevant and safe for you, for example, people who are pregnant or have existing health conditions.

§6. Services, Programmes and Memberships

The scope, duration and format of membership, and their features, are outlined at the point of purchase or agreement.

We reserve the right to:
- Modify or update services where necessary
- Improve or adjust content to maintain professional standards
- Withdraw services that are no longer offered within our scope

Any material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

§7. Payments, Billing and Cancellations

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Where subscriptions or recurring payments apply:
- Billing frequency will be clearly stated prior to purchase
- You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented at checkout
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Statutory consumer rights under the laws of the United Kingdom are not affected by these here terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- X-10 does not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or serious personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

§8. Limitation of Liability

All content, materials, documents, plans, branding and assets are the intellectual property of The X-01 Group Limited, or its licensors, unless stated otherwise, with X-10 being an explicit allowed user of the property.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or reuse any materials without prior written permission from the X-01 Groups information commissioner.

§9. Intellectual Property

X-10 processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.

Personal data is:
- Collected only where necessary to provide service
- Used solely for legitimate business purposes
- Stored securely and retained only as long as required

You retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Complaints are reviewed objectively and handled in line with our personal procedures.

When a complaint can not be handled at entity level, they may be escalated to the X-01 Complaints and Correction team. This process should only be initiated post-complaint with X-10.

Where third-party platforms or tools are used (e.g. payment processors, communication platforms), their own terms may apply.

X-10 and The X-01 Group is not responsible for the operation or content of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

§12. Third-Party Services

These Terms are governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

§13. Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
